Lipstick Sunglow vs. Lipstick Albino? (Pic Request)
I keep getting dragged back to the lipstick line boas. They're so freakin' GOREGOUS.

I'm just curious, though. What are the visual differences between a lipstick sunglow and a lipstick albino? I know genetically, the sunglow has hypo thrown in there, but what does this put out visually? Does the LS sunglow keep its color over time better than the LS albino?

Can anyone post pics of their babies and/or adults of one (or both) for comparison?

The differences would be the same as in any line of albino. The sunglow is going to have a much crisper pattern and more vivid oranges and pinks. An adult sunglow is going to have a brighter overall yellow coloring than a normal albino. The lipstick line of albinos will have some brighter colors than the average which will make the sunglow version brighter still. An adult lipstick sunglow may appear more orange overall than yellow because of the added pink tones.

A sunglow is, very simply, a hypo albino. The hypo gene tends to make the colors pop which keeps the pattern more visible even in adults.

I don't work with lipsticks so I don't have any pictures of them to share, but here is a coral sunglow that shows how overall pink the color can be. This is a baby picture, so as she matures and gains the yellow coloration, she'll begin to have a more orange cast.

Here are some photos of my Feb 2011 Female lipstick Sunglow. These pictures are from Feb of this year, so she was right at 2 years old and 4 pounds. Some are ambient natural light and other with flash so you can see the true range of how photos can make her look. Her fail of light tent pictures are closest to real life though :)

She just shed today so maybe in the next few days I can get some pictures.
