Bad Shed Question

Hey everyone I am new to owning ball pythons and to this site but I seek your help! Below is my girl, Georgie. She recently had a bad shed and I saw on here how to soak her and I did that and I got all the skin off except for the skin on her head and right by it. I did the soak yesterday so she hasn't gotten it off herself in over 24 hours. Is this okay? Does she not have enough on her cage to rub it off on? Thanks for your help in advance!

Does she have anything rough in the setup for her to rub up against? They shouldn't have any issues if your humidity's up. Balls in tubs can somehow manage perfect sheds when the only furnishings are water bowls. It doesn't look stuck on too bad, I'd just keep your humidity around 75% for the next few days and she should work it off herself. What's your humidity at? And what type of gauge are you using?

You can help her get that last bit off. Just be careful especially around the eyes. A spray bottle with water can be handy to get it wet and help get it off.

yes she does, and i actually have only had her for 2 days so my humidity gauge hasnt come in the mail yet

okay, ill try that later, thanks!

Wipe a warm damn cloth on her.
Should come off.

And if not, it's not a huge deal. It will come off in the next shed as long as your humidity is good.

Gotcha! Well then I would just mist about twice a day til it's off (if it doesn't come off with your help).
