Police search for potential pythons in North Codorus Twp.
Look what happens when some loser lost his pet retic: http://www.eveningsun.com/local/ci_2...n-goes-checkup

I honestly wonder if people are really releasing their pet snakes, cause to me, it seems more likely that they are just escaping. I want to see someone who actually openly admits that they released their pet python and didn't just lose it, because all I've ever heard was that the snake either escaped its enclosure or vanished while set outside to bask/explore. (I guess that counts as unintentional release.)
But I haven't heard anyone openly say that they intentionally abandoned their python. (except the loser in the trailer park who said they were going to run it over with a lawn mower)

Wait, what??? An article about a Retic, and they didn't call it a monster, a beast, or a man eater?? Honestly Impressed!

I live very close to this area and I can tell you this, that snake is in the best of hands right now. Forgotten Friends is an awesome reptile rescue and they are taking very good care of that beautiful snake. I hope that they find the person that released that beautiful creature and I hope they pay the price. The snake is so gorgeous and she deserves the best.

I hear nothing but good things about Forgotten Friends, also local to the area.

Glad she's in good hands! I'm super impressed by that article as well. I hate when people demonize these animals out of pure stupidity, so this was a pleasant surprise.

This is probably why people don't openly admit to releasing their pets.
