    hi i have been looking at the site for a couple days after my mom said i can get a ball python that she would just disregard her fears of them and not look at it. im trying to do my research and decided to register as i have some question's and wanted to say hello before i asked them in the apporiate topic's manily humidity ?'s since i will be using a 40 gal tank from my bearded dragons after they had passed

    A 40 gal tank is quite large, especially if it's a baby BP. You would do better off with a 10 gal for awhile.

    Where are you from? Also welcome to the forums.

    I'm from Tennessee and i know a 40 gal tank is big i figured well placed plants and small hides will make it feel comfy also was gonna try to have a female so i figured it can grow into it.

    Well if you crowd it then you may be able to get away with it, but you want to make sure you have the appropriate temps and humidity level.
