Are we a Pastel or Normal?
What do you guys think? I'm no expert on identification. Haven't seen the snake in person.

I'm seeing normal. Nothing about that pic says pastel to me, although they can look like normals if they get real browned out. Age?

    Pastel - yes
    Worth buying? Probably not.

Looks to be a LOT of shed pieces in that tank + is that cedar bedding?! Jimminy Christmas I thought that was a very well known no no...

Unless you're into the rescue scene, run...fast. Buy a pastel from someone who can actually care for them properly. Don't give this person money so they can buy/harm another animal...

Pattern, blushing and eye colour lead me to believe it's a pastel, but not an overly remarkable one.

I think she's around two. This is a rescue more than a purchase. She's cheap and needs a home.

She looks healthy enough, so take her in if you have the space, but if that's cedar, get her off of it. It looks like she needs someone who knows what they're doing. I bought/rescued my normal girl a couple of months ago (she came with a nice enclosure, which was what I felt I was paying for) and she was 10 months old and 130g. She's already over 300g and very active and healthy looking. It's very rewarding when you see them doing so great with you. Good luck with whatever you chose to do.

Its def a pastel, just not a quality one. And that def looks like cedar bedding to me. That stuff is bad for rodents, nonetheless snakes. If its free or suuuper cheap, go ahead n rescue it. If its for sale, pass.

Well, it is for sale, but he's 'selling' her because he can't keep her anymore. I think he'd let it go for $50, so I didn't think it was a raw deal.
