A while back Neal posted that he didn't like his practically new VE-100 t-stat. I PM'ed him and asked how much he'd take for it as IMO you can never have too many t-stats on hand. He responded with a price, I accepted and sent him a personal check with the caveat he could hold off shipping until he was satisfied that payment had cleared. I got the t-stat a few days ago, it was well packaged and works fine, and he followed up to make sure I was happy with it. Thanks Neal!
