Just got what should be two fully hairless litters (in theory. If not, I quit lol) . Both were first time mamas, with litters of 15 and 10. I'm super excited about my big litter, they're from what I call my 'rough coat' hairless gal.

She has really weird hair, best way to describe it is Velcro-ish lol. Either way, I'm happy to get some babies with real patterns. I've only gotten berkshires so far :/

Here's some pics of the little squirmers:

Double rex coats are bristle like, are you sure they are true recessive trait hairless?

Both parents would have to be hairless for the whole litter to be hairless, unless you hit astronomical odds with a hairless X het hairless :)

The guy I got my rough hairless from said she's true, he gets them randomly from his standard coats. So either she's hairless or something super weird is going on. My other two girls that I purchased as double rexes threw only standard coats, so they turned out to be hairless lol. But this gal was bred to a hairless dumbo male. So I'll get all hairless, all double rex or all single rex depending on if one or both of them is actually a double rex. Oh, genetics :)

He's really funny. He just HAS to lick any critter I'm holding. I thought my feisty ball was gonna take a chunk out of him when he tried to lick her lol. Luckily he's extremely gentle :)

I've never successfully produced dumbos as of yet, but the ears on these guys look dumbo-ish to me. What do you guys think?
