    We do not have one in as of now. But they are a beautiful species. e have worked with both yellows and greens..
    Nice animals I think.
    You just can not keep them as a "pet". They really aren't pet material in my opinion.
    But they are a beautiful species. And when housed and respected with good husbandry skills, they are an incredible animal to be owned by.

    Rusty, Great point. My next door neighbor has a green anaconda. She's about 12 feet long and still growing and she definitely owns him!! I have some great pictures! if anyone is interested, I'll post a few here. Let me know.

    We have a few. Personally they're not my cuppa...but they're extremely interesting animals for the initiated keeper.

    Definetly gonna have a yellow anaconda one of these days. My local shop has a breeding pair of yellows so maybe sometime this upcoming summer :D

    I get to see several every day at work. We actually have the largest green in captivity. She's 325 lbs and 22'. Also there's a bunch of her babies that she had 6 months ago.. and a breeding pair of yellows.

    I don't care for the yellows, but the greens are awesome. They have a certain, different look about them.
