ok, at first i was thinking i wanted a bci but now i dont know....jcp's are so pretty and they dont get as big as the bci's i know they can reach about 7 feet but are they very girthy ?? becuase length doesnt really matter but having a 6 foot long ,slender snake is differnt than having a 6 foot long and very wide snake, ive read alot about them and they seem pretty easy to care, now its just a matter of convincing the parents to let me get one in the future.

JCP's are pretty slender for pythons, being semi-arboreal.

i guess i would have to find a pretty tall tank for a snake like that right ?

Well, they are only semi-arboreal. You should definitely hve some branches in there but height isn't particularly a big worry... any glass tank, if you were to go that route, would be tall enough.
