    I made butterbeer!
For all you HP fans out there.....we went to Universal Studios FL a few weeks ago, and of course thoroughly visited the Wizarding World of HP section. We just HAD to try the butterbeer and the pumpkin juice. Loved both, but they were pretty expensive. I recently found some recipes online to make it, so I decided to try one of the "easy" recipes first to see if it even came close what we had at Universal. Well, its not exact, but pretty dang close and tastes yummy! I even let my friend at work try it, since hes been to Universal and had butterbeer too. He said its almost exactly like it. Only takes three ingredients: cream soda, heavy cream, and butterscotch syrup. I may make this for the BBQ :)

Ok. Put the creme soda in a shallow container in the freezer, n stir it every 30 min until it gets slushy. In the meantime, put around a cup of heavy cream in a bowl n whisk about 1/3 cup of the butterscotch syrup ( or to taste)into the cream until its foamy/frothy. Ur gonna put the frozen soda in cold mugs, n leave some room for the foamy topping. Pour on the foamy cream topping. It should be about an inch or so high( like the foamy head of a beer). Enjoy!
