Repta bark?

hi every one i have recently changed my snakes to Repta bark and am wondering how often i should change it and should i worry if they eat some of it?:)

I use reptibark exclusively in my tubs, as it keeps the humidity in the mid 60's. For cleaning purposes, I clean their tubs every two weeks, but spot check them daily.

Repti bark is more ansorbent than most ppl think i spot check everyday but exchange whole substrate every 1,5 months and never ever gave smell or health issue...
