So with my knowledge of genetics I understand that Lesser x Lesser is part of the BEL complex and so is Fire x Fire. But Lesser x Fire isn't?

Bel = Blue Eyed Leucy (Lesser complex)
Bkel, Blkel, or when talking about a fire BEL = BLACK eyed leucy (fire complex)

Okay, so they each make Leucistic snakes but they don't make the same, therefore aren't compatible? As far as leucy's go?

Right. They are not allelic ;)

Black eyed leucy's can have some pretty rad high yellows on them as well, where even the "most colorful" Blue eyed leucy's are still just a little bit of gray-head on a pearl white/slightly yellow tinged body.

Pastel Lesser x Fire is still a kick butt pairing.

Yeah allelic was the word I couldn't think of. Lol. Makes sense, thank you for your help! And yes it's a very awesome pairing regardless.
