Sanitizing a new tank?

What is the best solution/cleaner to disinfect and sanitize my tank before putting my new BP into it?

10% bleach/water solution

Clean with hot soapy water

Disinfect w/ either a bleach water solution or even better (because it's reptile safe and you don't have to worry about it being dry like bleach) is to disinfect with Nolvasan (aka Virosan).
