What is this little guy???

Sorry for the poor pic but my dad in south Cali asked me if I know what this was? And I don't, thought maybe one of y'all might....

Any guess! This guy was in Barstow California, he was on a wall on my dads house, kinda looks like the swifts that I used to catch when young out there but the toes and head are wrong, also solid brown no colors along the sides, hope this helps!!

Looks kinda like a prairie lizard just darker and ... smaller same kinda of lizard though ... roughly. ( i think).
