    I'm going to buy one. Don't need anything fancy, just reliable. Any I should stay away from or look at? I'm assuming one with a bowl would be best?

    grab one at walmart in the kitchen appliance section, and grab a plastic bowl. Just make sure the scale will zero out with the bowl on it.
