    Price check please?
I've had a couple male pastaves and a male Mojave up on a couple different sites for a while now and haven't been getting any responses so I'm wondering if I have them listed too high. Also I don't have a reputation anywhere really so that's probably a factor..

What's a reasonable price for these guys?

All are 2013 males around 100 grams or so

Sorry I'd this is the wrong spot for this question, I wasn't really sure where to put it haha

    Thanks!

Single gene males will continue to decrease in price for a while, especially with base co-dom genes.

I'd take a stab and say 150 for the mojo and 225 for the pastave?

I just found your KS ad - your prices are right in line or below all of the other 1.0 Mojave/Pastave males that I've seen available. Plus, I like the quality of your snakes and the quality of your pictures vs a lot of the other ads. I don't see any reason to drop prices unless you're in serious need for the cash immediately.

Have you thought of other advertising ideas? People like to see "Create your own _____ with these!" or adding weights (or pics of them on a scale) to boost some interest?

Hope this helps - good luck with your sales!

I wouldn't say quite that low for a pastave, even if male; all the male pastaves I've seen for sale are sitting at just about $350 across the board. Plus I think yours is excellent quality; that's exactly the kind of pastave I sought out for my female, and when I found her, she was $100 above market price, but I was willing to pay for quality.
Stand your ground! You're selling quality animals, don't undersell, the right buyer will come. :gj: I agree, maybe try advertising techniques, descriptive adjectives, etc.

Yeah, I think the prices I quoted are pretty low. Maybe add 50-75 to each of the prices I said.

Sweet, I think I'll leave them where they are then. I'm not in a rush to sell them and I did sell one already to a local person.

I have through about marketing in different ways but haven't changed up the ads yet... I think that I'll do that tonight when I get off work =P

    Thanks guys!

I concur with the above points. Stand your ground. ;) Both are great quality example of the morphs. :gj: It's all in the pitch and presentation (or what one reads). "Pair this gem up with your Special female" for great looking Crystals - Here is the missing gem for Mystic Potions, etc.... :). I think there will always be a market for single gene snakes. With the number of genes being crammed these days it would be difficult / no time to spare for some folks to breed back power houses looking for that 1 gene animal to start a new project they just thought of. I'd just go buy a great looking example. Best of luck, they will find homes for sure. They are awesome looking!!
