Reptile Basics: MUST READ

You know, I just cannot sing praise enough for Rich over at Reptile Basics. Nearly every single order I place is processed and shipped literally within 30 minutes of ordering...and I have placed many orders with RBI. Today I ordered 4 new hides and 4 new water bowls. I went 50 feet away to grab a pop out of the fridge, sat back down, and my FedEx number was sitting in my Inbox. EVERY SINGLE TIME I email him, he graciously answers my questions just as quickly. Not to mention the site has a kick-butt Albino Burm hatchling on the website :gj:

Prices and shipping are more than reasonable, everything I have ever ordered has worked flawlessly, and not once have I ever had to return ANYTHING. If you're looking for supplies, don't ever hesitate ordering from Rich and Reptile Basics. They have set the bar so high, no one....I mean NO ONE...will EVER be able to match what RBI has done and does. I may not always have the biggest orders, but they are always treated as they were his ONLY orders.

Rich, if you find this, keep up the great work. If you have what I need (and you always do), you will ALWAYS get my business.

Thanks for the information, I've been looking at some new hides. My large females have out grown the large hides and the guy at my local show doesn't carry the black rectangle hides anymore.

I have to agree completely. Rich at RBI is super friendly and efficient! I recently had problems with a thermostat and he replaced it immediately with no hassles. We buy all of our heat tape, rodent supplies, thermostats, etc from RBI. You cannot beat the prices and low shipping costs.

I own two of his racks and a handful of hides from him. All are perfect in every way! I will continue to do business with him! In the next week, I will be purchasing more hides and heat tape!
