    Do snakes become lest active when they're about to enter a shed? My snakes eyes are turning blue and his skin is looking really dull, so I know a she is on the way, but all he does is sit in his hide. Is that common?

    I think so.
    Mine sit on the warm side and don't do much when they are about to shed.

    It is not only common, but the norm. Snakes that are going into shed 99.9% of the time become very lethargic

    Yep, I agree with the above. Mine is currently sitting on the warm side where he has been the last few days and will stay for a few more until he sheds. Always does. Normal.
