Cleaning

I know you aren't suppose to handle after feeding but the substrate needs to be changed, I fed her on Sunday night. Should I give it one more day or should I be fine just to take her out change it and put her back in ?

I don't see why there would be any problems.

If you are quick and careful changing the substrate shouldn't be an issue.
