But...Bastian was just crawling around on my bed. He was facing away from me, and I started talking to him. He stopped dead in his tracks, and turned totally around to look directly at me, flicking his tongue like crazy. I thought "OK...that was just coincidence." So I picked him up, and put him on my shoulders. As he was crawling down my arm a few minutes later, I started talking to him again. And again...he stopped, and turned his head to look at me, again, the tongue flicking like mad.

Coincidence twice??? What do you think??

Ball pythons are curious about everything. And as their caretaker they almost look to you like a dominant. Also ball pythons love attention well at least Jojo does. When i walk by his house he sticks his head out of his hide to see whats going on and if he knows its my wife or me he will come out completely. I can't really let him loose in my apartment because i have cats.
