Can you see the........??

Totally random question but if you happen to come across your boa or ball python using the washroom (to put it nicely) would you be able to tell the sex. that is to say could you see the hemipenes pop out?

I don't think so. The penes are in the tail and the crap doesn't come out from that way. Maybe on occasion they pop out if its a really big one and they're pushing really hard. It happens to the best of us.

That's how I found out my male was a male! He pee'd on me and I saw them.
