Herpstat 4 - Looking for "Real Use Cases"

I'm looking to purchase a new thermostat and find the herpstat 4 really appealing. I like the features and the overall design, but what I don't find are real user cases (reviews) on the item. I'm looking for some actual feedback on the product if any members here use it. Looking for that little push before I pull the trigger. Thanks in advance for all who took the time. I have 2 herpstat 4's and they both do great. one controls 4 racks and the other controls the heat tape under 4 Animal Plastics T10 cages. Haven't had an issue with them yet.

I love mine. I control a rack, two identical cages with identical uths, another cage with a rhp, and all the lights for the three cages.

The options are great and it will do much more than I will ever need.

Herpstat 4 is awesome. We have one, and it does everything we need. I have heard anecdotes about great customer service from them. One friend said that a rat chewed through one of his probe wires once, and spyder robotics sent him a new probe for free.

Thank you all for the reviews and yes I have had open communication with Dion who is very approachable with an excellent customer service track record (in my book). I guess that's all the convincing I need. :D
