Healthy weight jump or not ?
Hey y'all wondering if my baby ball is getting good weight gain or not? He was under weight when I got him he was about 50 g. He refused feed for about 3 weeks as I was trying f/t. Tried him on live and has had about 3-4 good feeds on live. Was 75 grams before last feed and he still had the triangle body that every one talks about when there under weight. This last feed I gave him a mouse that looked alright at the pet store. But as I held him up and baron (my baby ball) struck and started constricting. The mouse was obviously much bigger then I thought. However he ate him and kept him down. As of today he is up to 94g. My question is, is it healthy to jump 20g in one feed when there at such a low weight? He dose look healthier tho looking more round then triangle Might post pic of the guy when I get a chance

When I feed my snakes I try to go to 10-15% of their body weight as a guide to what I should feed them.
