    My normal girl (Pic Heavy)
Here are some pictures of my first Ball python that I got from my local Petco about 9 months ago. I normally wouldn't buy a snake from there but this girl was being underfed, had stuck shed, and had small symptoms of URI, and had some missing scales along her spine that healed up really nicely. Well luckily I got all of that sorted out and she is now on small rats and doing healthy :D

Here is the picture of the missing scales that I took right after I got her:

After seeing that I begged my dad to get her, and he let me (my mom wasn't happy though xD).

Awesome that you rescued her :) I've heard nothing but bad about PetCo! We don't have one around here fortunately, just a PetSmart and they don't do too bad with their animals. She looks much better now, what a sweetie.

Oh yes, I remember one time I went there to re stock on some mice since PetCo is really the only place I can get some frozen thawed food, I took a peek at the baby corn snakes and this poor snow corn was just COVERED in mites. I mean they were all around its eyes, underneath its scales, ventral scales, and the poor thing was terribly thin. Well I had a talk to the person that was keeping care of the reptiles and told him about the mite covered corn, and he just said that he'd never noticed that ( and said it just looked like dirt) >.< Well he said that he would fix it up immediatly, but I went ahead and told him what to properly do since I didn't exactly trust that guy xD

At least the pet smart reptile guys actually know how to take care of them. I remember when one person was selling a ball python and she didn't want to see him go because she loved him a lot xD
