Do you have a link? I don't know what it is, but a visual might jog someone's memory.

Buy some what just in case? If you're talking about http://www.vetrxdirect.com/, they sell all sorts of medications, supplies, and supplements for animals.

No, its a medication used for birds, but I see people online saying they use it on their reptiles with an RI. It supposedly clears up all mucus from what I've read, but I'd like to see people on here say yes or no.

What you need is take your snake to a vet have a culture done to establish what type of RI you are dealing with, and have the proper Anti-biotic prescribed.

Or you can cut corners now and still have to spend the money later

I don't have a sick snake, bit if one ever does, it would be nice to give it the temp relief while waiting to get to a vet. Was just thinking that I sure as hell would like to breath if I had to wait a couple days for a Dr appt!!!

I found it here so I could read the ingredient list: http://www.amazon.com/Vet-Rx-Bird-2-...5460947&sr=1-1
After checking the MSDS info for the ingredients, I wouldn't use it on a snake or any other animal I cared about.
