Are you kidding me?

So this morning I woke up to find my huge Mojave female sitting on some pearly whites. She weighed in at 3300g before pairing with Mystic. So I took her off the eggs and I was like :eek: 5 fertile eggs w/ 2 slugs. Darn, beastly girls should lay 10 at least. Either way it's a bitter sweet moment a d now the wait for the Mystic Potions.

Looks like 6 to me with one being a boob and then a little slug at the bottom. Either way, Congrats Hope you hit a few potions.

I had a big girl lay 12 eggs for me last year. This year, she laid only eight. Just when I think I know what ball pythons are going to do I'm left :frustrate

The boob eggs were not fertile so it's just 5. I'm thankful for sure she laid and she's a great girl too. So big and so gentle with the kids and everyone that's handled her. Thanks for the replies too :D

So you candled it and didn't see veins so you just tossed it?
Even if you don't see veins why not throw it in the bator until it goes bad?
I've heard more than once that people don't see veins right away, but they still develop within a couple days.

Oh no, I didn't toss the boob as my thoughts were "what if" as well. The slug that's on the bottom was tossed and triple checked before that happened too. :D Crossing the fingers that one develops into something.
