Not sure what's wrong with snake in tub
Well I have a ball python around 100g.started it out on a 20l tank and everything was okay. I moved it into a 28qt tub earlier in the week and now constantly it's pacing and running it's head all around the lid and tub wall. Best description I can give is like it's restless, just won't hide and chill out. Not sure why snake acted fine in a glass tank but won't calm down in a tub. Setup only changed from glass to plastic and started using newspaper. I'm getting frustrated because my temp are good. The snake ate 3 days ago.. It just hasn't chilled out since going into tub. It ignores the hides completely in the tub. It never left it's hide in the glass tank. It acted like a normal ball. I have plenty of holes in the tub and lid so it's not a air issue. Temp 78-80 cool. 85-90 hot

I figured that might be why but it's not just a nightly thing. It happens morning, noon, and night. Guess I'll keep an eye on it. I like the tub it holds temp and humidity well, just ain't getting the same vibe from the BP.. Don't wanna go back to the 20l if I don't have to

    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^

    What he said. :)

Any change can cause them to need a settling in period again.
