First shed

So last week at the Columbia repticon my roommate bought a male fire that hasn't shed yet. So this morning when I got off from the fire dept I looked in his tub and he shed but there was some blood on the paper towel and on his shed. Is this normal?

Yes. As far as I know a little blood is normal and nothing to worry about.

Yes a little bit of blood is normal. Some snakes are a little rough on themselves when they shed. As long as the snake's vent (That's where it came from) isn't still bleeding, everything is alright
