Bought a hoggie!

Brought home this firey little one today!

Hogs don't need much headroom right? I chose aspen shavings over chips...

Anyone use sand? I've read that a few places...

Congrats on your baby!! Mine are all on shavings. Although they don't need headroom, but they certainly appreciate it. I'm pretty sure mine are arboreal :) My littlest is in a 6 quart tub, and I just secured a leafy fake plant to the side and she just chills in that all day.

Im using a locking lid for this lil one. no chances on tiny snakes and big escapes!

shop local to me, it's said that "he" (what i have gathered from its tail not popping..) is also Het Albioo .

Though i don't plan on breeding

I use Eco Earth. She makes tunnels all through it.

Mine also has some arboreal traits. She climbs all through the fake plants on her back all. I have some pics of it in my profile images.
