    Help ASAP! Stuck shed
Okay so my ball python shed in pieces :( she has a stuck shed on her face over her eye. I raised the humidity a bit but I was wondering how soon is too soon to let her soak in warm water? I don't want to bother her if its something she can work off on her own. But it looks bad and I want her to be as comfortable as possible. It's been a couple days since she started shed, so when would it be okay to soak her? Or should I just let her work it out?

It only takes a few minutes to an hour to shed. So you can soak her now for 30 mins up to an hour in warm mid 80 degree water. You can put a small towel in with her to provide some friction.

I soaked her and it was one of the best experiences ever. haha
at first she was like "what are you doing to me?!"
and then when she realized she was like "oh! ... oh... :)" and then she stopped trying to slither out of the bowl.
but I fed her a mouse 2 days ago, and today took a look at her and she still had the rest of the shed on her head (hence, no pictures yet) so I guess humidity still wasn't high enough so now I've raised it to 85% haha. we shall see.

Something I do that seems to work well is introduce a moist hide. I keep it hot by way of heat lamp but heating pad should work too... No stuck sheds yet and keeping fingers crossed that it stays that way :D. My girl doesn't use it much but just before she starts to shed she spends a solid day in there and comes out to get fresh air, or leaves her head by the opening. She seems to love it come shedding time. After she sheds I empty, clean, and dry the hide :). Just a thought, prob easier than bumping up humidity for entire enclosure and maintaining it especially if ur using a glass tank.

I second the towel trick. Just wet it a little and toss it in there. They know what to do. :)
