    Bronze Enchi?
Hi everyone! I'm looking into getting this 2011 enchi het albino to pair with my female. But I am not sure if enchis normally become this dark as they mature or is it just a low quality animal? I've been looking for one of these guys for.a few months now and they're hard to come by! So any advice is welcome. Thanks all!http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/07/18/udu6a6es.jpg

I think all enchis darken to some degree as they get older, the oranges and browns darken some while the yellows brighten and become more vibrant.

I know some have what they call 'dark enchis' but I don't think thats always necessarily a quality thing. I think quality and pattern should go together since enchis are known for their banded pattern as well as colors.

That enchi while it isn't the brightest has rather obvious and very clean enchi banding; But its quality may be called into question by how dark it is.

The same could be said for the opposite, an enchi that has bright colors but has very poor or almost no banding, some people can call its quality into question cause its pattern may not resemble that of an enchi and make it hard to identify on color alone.

Well I wouldn't be throwing him to pastels and hoping for bright pastel enchis, but he's got very nice banding and nearly no spotting from what you can see in that picture.
