    Texas spinys
Well I hatched out my first reptiles today. About 2 months ago a friend of mine brought me some eggs that he found in the sand trap at work. He new I had a incubator so he brought them to me. I didnt know what they were but I was pretty sure that they were texas spinys. So I incubated them in the mid to upper 80's and today they hatched. I know it is just a fence lizard but I was so excited to see that little lizard head poking out. 11 out of 13 hatched one still born and one still in the egg. Enough talk how about some

Yes I try to get my little girl involved with everything I do with reptiles. It is very important to me that she learns to understand things instead of just automatically being afraid of them.

So cool! Very nice of you to save and care for these little eggs! I love to see good stewards of the Earth...especially ones from North Texas! ;)

Thanks I plan on getting a meal or two in these little guys and tgen letting them go in our back yard to stimulate the native population. Thanks I have been growing tgis beard for about a year and some change, it would be a lot longer but I have to trim it a little for work. Yea I love north Texas!
