Love, LOve, LOVE the bigs and have always wanted a Burm. But being a law-abiding citizen, Lacey, a lack of breeders in our State (MN), I couldn't say no. I had to promise my wife NO MORE ACQUISITIONS for a minimum of 12 months...She now has my credit cards, PayPal Account, checkbook, and my manhood in a sling (but she always loves them once they're home). Picking him up this weekend.

What a great pickup. Such bright orange! Hope he keeps it. That's one of my dream pets right there.

Whoooaaaa! Awesome! Very cool. His head looks a little plasticy and fake cause it's so shiny and stuff. :gj::gj:

You secretly kept a credit card though just in case something else comes up right?!

    Lol lol.

He's beautiful. I wish I could have big snakes here. Take pictures monthly for progress! Wanna see him when he's huge :3

LMAO! I wish! We went and visited a friend's facility this last weekend who had nearly 200 snakes. Once my wife saw that, I think it may be a little easier to grow my collection a wee-bit more ;)

Right now I have a few othrs coming out of QT tubs and need to order a few more permanent enclosures so I'll be focusing on that the next few months. Though I love all my animals, I am really finding my soft spot for the big guys: Retics, Burms, and my Boas.

    Thanks everyone!

I guess I didn't realize you already had a retic. I just remember you snatching up a boa.

I've got a Royal and a truly beautiful Rio Bravo Colombian boa, but you Sir, are my new hero! You've got the boa, the burm and the retic. The big 3 in my book. The only other BIG snake that blows me away would be the Papuan/olive python.
