Playing with my new light and took some photos of my favorite little girl. Not the greatest focus, but she's still awfully cute.

Just curious what camera and lens did you use? Looks really good!

Canon Rebel xsi with efs 18-55 mm lens (the one that came with the camera). Light is Lowell ego and background is white posterboard. I'm still very much an amateur at this point!

Looks great! Even out of focus, I like the composition of the first shot. I always try and make sure the head/eye is in focus. You have a lot of potential, keep taking photos!

Hey, thanks! Millie is awfully hard to photograph because she's either so relaxed that she flops all over the place and I can't get her whole body in the frame or she's curious and wants to climb up the camera instead of posing.
