    Spider female doesn't poop "normal"
So I guess the title says it all. We've had a female spider for about 8 months now and I guess we've never been around to watch her poop. Well about a week ago, we were in the snake room doing what we do and all of a sudden heard a snake sounding like she was choking, it was our spider. She flips over, mouth open, and poops. Completely freaked us out, we thought she was dying. She's done pooping and goes back to being her self.
    W...T...F...:O
We have never seen anything like this before! I know about the spider issues, but didn't think it affected them from the "waist" down.
I guess if she eats and poops, then she's ok. The only thing I'm worried about now, is breeding her. I'm worried if laying eggs will be an issue with her. I don't want to risk her life. Has anyone had any experience in anything like this before?:confusd:

    Thanks in advance.

My spider girl likes to paint all over with her poop especially the top of her tub... I need new rack that fits tubs with lids. I'm gussing yours is just having the wobble present while she's taking a poop is all. Specially if shes acting normal otherwise.

Thanks for your input. Have you bred your spider? I'm just worried about breeding her and then her having her issue while laying eggs.

    Hi,

It's all perfectly normal. :D ( apart from the upside down bit which is just a spider being a spider )

Think of it as the snakie equivalent of chewing the stall door handle while straining. :P

Thank you! Makes me feel better about this. She is our only spider who I've seen do anything like this. Our other spider is as normal as a spider can get lol!
