Some Stinking Thief Stole the Tires and Rims off My Mustang!

<-- See this avatar? It's from my 1969 Mustang convertible. The car has been at the mechanic for a while. Last night it was parked outside, right in front of one of the service bay doors.

Some jackwagon sperm receptacle decided to steal the tires and rims off of it.

The shop's insurance is covering it and the tires needed replacing anyway, but damn I'm ticked.

Damn, that sucks, Im sorry, I hate crap like that, I had two cars stolen from me before, both from the same parking spot behind my apartment at the time, they stole both my cars but never my motorcycle.... so stupid!

Why would they leave it outside?

Well. I spot two problems here.

One, they left a 1969 anything outside.

Two, you own a mustang, lol.

Good on the shop, and hey, new tires are new tires despite how they are received.

Dude that sucks!

It's an inconvenience but on the brightside you get new rims and tires at the shop's expense. :gj:

Hopefully the rims aren't a pain to replace. :-/

And thankfully the buttheads that left you on blocks didn't do anything else to the car.

When I lived in Baltimore, some idiots tried to steal my moped. I always locked the steering column though, so when they apparently tried to just wheel it away, all it did was turn in a circle. :P I found it funny that they went for my moped though when there was a nice motorcycle parked right next to it (we shared a spot to save space for cars).

At least they left it on blocks, the deputy said sometimes the car is just dropped on the ground.

If the car had been taken eastern WV would look like a nuke had gone off.

OP: I'm sorry to hear this, I wouldn't have words for how mad I would be! Glad there wasn't any body damage as well. What a pain in the butt.

Better the shops insurance pay for them than yours, but that really sucks. I hope the thief gets what they deserve.

And you are lucky they left it on blocks. Many times turds do drop the car so they can keep the jack stands or bricks for their next victim.
