USDI stands for...?

USDA = United States Deparment of Agriculture
USDI = United States Department of ???????

I know you must have a USDI permit to have certain animals and such, like the Eastern Indigo, but whats it stand for? I can't find any info lol

And how hard is it to obtain a permit? Just out of sheer curiosity.

Not sure which of the 3 permits on that page you need, I think the first or middle one. ^_^

I think it cost like 25.00 or 45.00.
What you have to do is check with the state you live in. It is illegal to have them in some states and in all cases they have to be CBB. That is what the permit is for to prove it is CBB.

Yeah, thanks Jotay. I can't afford one right now either but some day, oh, it will be mine!! They are SUCH gorgeous creatures & are said to have such an amazingly docile temperment. I just love their look. Some day...
