has anyone tried to make this rack

The website is called reptilainprojects.com hatchling and lader rack can anyone tell me if its good with holding heat I am interested in making it because it doesn't require that many tools

The Ladder rack needs tweaked because Sterilite no longrr manufactures the 48qt sweater box tubs. But I like both of those designs.

Sorry about the spelling lol but I'm thinking of building the juvenile rack using this design and I like the fact that I don't need a saw just a drill
