    Pennsylvania breeder questions
    OK is there any kind of special licenses or permits need if you breed ball pythons and other reptiles to sale as a business with a LLC????

    You should check with your local animal control and the Dept. of Agriculture, rather than relying on forum members for something like this. There could be local ordinances that don't apply to the entire state, etc., and laws that apply differently to different species.

    Yes you need a PA license to propagate(breed) any reptile that you are going to sell. It's cheap and easy to get. Here's the contact info:

    This is true and all the information needed Mael has provided. I'm from pittsburgh and just had to dig this up last week. 50 bucks for 5 years is nothing just a very tiny fee.
