Female Pastel hasn't had a meal in 2 weeks
I'm guessing that this is not cause for concern as it's only 2 weeks

My temps / humidity are fine, her eyes went cloudy and just cleared up after a week but she hasn't shed yet, the last time she shed it happened pretty quickly.

I've tried live and frozen thawed but she won't take either. Should I be worried and if not, at what point should I start to worry.

    Thanks.

She's maybe a year and a few months, she's 540 grams now so the 570 she weighed 2.5 weeks ago was probably from her meal being in her still

You have nothing to worry about they can go a long while and will eat when they get hungry enough try leaving a rat pup eyes still closed in with it over night in the dark most of the time that'll do the trick

She's big enough I wouldn't worry for a while yet. Just try to make sure everything is correct about her environment and give her a little time. If you think there is too much open space in her enclosure you can fill up the space with fake plants or crumpled newspaper.
