How limited am I in terms of morph options under$100?
Not into the breeding or anything so I don't care much about sex, but would I have any options beyond normals?

Pastel male and possibly spider male. Your options increase a good bit if you double your budget, though.

Yes, since you don't care about sex then your best bet would be a male. Pastel and spider you can certainly find a 2013 male for under $100. It's possible you might find lesser or mojave too. A local breeder is selling lesser males for $125 so I'm sure you might be able to find one in your price range.

At a show probably Pastel, Spider, Mojave, Cinny (all 2013 all males) and if you are thinking online remember that you will spend about an additional $60 on shipping.

Is there any difference in aggressiveness between M/F?

Also just googling the different morphs doesn't seem to be reliable to get an idea what they look like, although I'm sure some of the differences are subtle, is there a better way to see the various morphs?

Some snakes are more docile than others. The biggest difference will be size.

No personality differences between males and females, alothough the males will typically stay a little smaller. Try the Morph List on worldofballpythons.com for more pictures than you will know what to do with. :)

You can also get yellowbelly, fire, and pinstripe males aside from the other morphs mentioned. And possibly a black pastel male. Big possible though....

Go to http://www.worldofballpythons.com/ to look at the various morphs.
