Stressed snake, curious snake, or somewhere in between?
I moved in with my boyfriend about a month ago, and now my bps cage is in the same room I sleep in. I now notice that every night, starting at about 10-11 pm, my ball gets up and starts to roam around. He doesnt seem panicky, but more like hes exploring, or maybe trying to escape. My temperatures are good, my humidity is a little high, but im working on that now (its really humid here in the summer). So any reason why hes doing this? Should I be worried or is this normal? He ONLY does this at night, and during the day he sits tight in his hide and i never see him. Heres a video of him roaming around for reference. (sorry about the video quality)

They are a nocturnal species, so they will be more active at night when its dark. So it is probably normal.

Looks like calm exploration to me. They are a very curious animal poking into everything. The Cites studies speak of a snake climbing a tree and exploring every hole in the whole thing.

Normal, especially if it's happening only at night. They're nocturnal, so that's the only time they'd be active. If he was active like this during the day, that would point to stress.
