Questions about temps and lighting.
I have made my garage into my room and my ball python stays there with me. I keep the temps at 88-92 degrees Fahrenheit for the hot spot and at 78-80 degrees for the cool side while the humidity is at 50-52. I have been using a heating lamp and misting every couple days to keep it this way. Lately its been getting hotter than usual in here so I shut off the light during the day while still using her red night light at well, night to keep her habitat at her regular temps. I'm just wondering if suddenly not using the day lamp will cause any confusion or stress for her. The lighting is really the only the only thing that's changed and I'm just wondering if that would cause any stress for her even though shes nocturnal. She's just as chill as she has always been with no signs of stress but I'm paranoid.
Re: Questions about temps and lighting.
You shouldn't gave any problems. I recommend people use only red lamps anyway.
