Any Fitbit Users?
Any other members have a fitbit? I just got my fitbit flex this week and I am loving it!!
I would love to add more friends on there.... If I could figure out how to do that!

It is a wireless activity tracker. The one I have, the fitbit flex, is worn on your wrist 24/7 and tracks your steps, miles, calories burned, that sort of thing. Certain models, like mine, track your sleep as well (duration, how many times you woke up, etc) and can even wake you up in the morning with gentle vibrations!
It is great for seeing how active you are on a day to day basis and challenging you to push just a little harder to meet your goals!

The fitbit flex was $99. They have a model called the fitbit zip that is only 50 or 60 but doesn't track your sleep.
Nike fuel bands are kinda similar, but cost $150.

I wonder how it tracks all your movements and how accurate. I've never done my research on those type of things.

From all the reviews I've read they say its accurate within about 5%. I do know that when I'm sitting and moving my hands around it doesn't count that as steps, only when I have been actually up and moving does it count.

You read my mind, because I do mopping and stuff at work and my hands are moving sometimes without my feet so I was curious if it'd count it as steps.

Re: Any Fitbit Users?
I kinda want one but I can't afford it right now lol. Plus it would just be for fun, I can't gain weight so I have none to lose lol. I'm curious about the sleep part esp.
