    difference in albinos?
hey just a quick question, what is the difference in these two albinos? is the one on the right not a plain albino? when people have pictures of different albino morphs i really cant tell much of a difference. being slightly color blind im sure doesnt help much but the pattern on the one on the left looks normal my buddy said the one on the left isnt just a plain albino and i wasnt sure if its true. http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/j...inofemales.jpg

    difference in albinos?
The one on the left looks like an albino Mojave to me. I'm not an expert by any means though.

My post was confusing. I was under the assumption the left was a normal albino and the right was a albino morph. But your saying you think the left isn't a normal albino? And the right is?

They both look like normal albinos to me, patterns vary with them just the same as any other snake morph or not. Color wise the one on the left pops a little more than the other so could be high contrast but still a normal albino. To believe or even trust that it would be anything other than a high contrast normal type it would have to come from a reputable breeder. Even then depending on the type of albino morph breeding it may be the only way to prove it as something else.
The only difference between an albino and high contrast albino is that high contrast albinos have more and darker black markings as hets which makes their colors pop more.

Gottcha, thanks! The breeder who that picture is from just called them albinos nothing more. It was just my buddy who I showed it to who did. I'm looking at getting a female for my male (was going to do spider het albino) but for my first round of breeding I figured I'd stay away from het stuff. Later he is going to send me more pictures of the females I can pick from. I just wasn't sure what one of those two looked better. Also what's about fair going value for a female? ThankscChris
