    Snake room in mid completion
Decided to invest in building an entirely new 12' x 24' snake room. Too much to handle inside the spare room at this time. Took half of my smallest 24' x 26' garage (yes I have another 30' x 60' garage you may see in some of these pics) and decided to build a nice snake room. Electric is done, plumbing is done except the drain. I am just waiting on my security system wiring and security cameras to get installed before I insulate and drywall. Hopefully security system work will be done in the next two weeks then I can drywall. My plan is to move all my bp racks out here by the end of July once paint has dried.

Three 20 amp circuits for racks and an oil radiant heater in the winter. Ten 20A outlets split in 2 circuits and separate lighting circuit that will run the heater in the winter as well as 10 brilliant white 17w (equivalent to 60w incadescent bulbs) lights inside.

Under sink- this will hold at least four 15qt tubs on each side once I install shelves:

Nice!!! Thanks for sharing. I can't wait to see more.

Are you a contractor, or did you contract it? There is some serious work going into this!

I had a few neighbors help with the framing. I worked with my uncle as a general contractor for years, so I enjoy doing the work myself. I figure it will be done for around $2K. Only $1200 in it now and most of that is in the 18ga stainless sink and fawcet.
