What do you think of the quality of this girl? (Please be honest)

I dont know too much about mystic quality and wanted opinions

Nice pattern. Decent quality. Her yellows could be brighter and less brown. Similar to what you look for in a high quality pastel.

What about the pattern? Is it more desirable with a busier pattern?

I'm not well versed with mystics, but from my understanding they ideally should be bright yellow/gold. I don't see anything wrong with the pattern, but the color does nothing for me.
