    I'm new to ball pythons and i got one delivered to me in the mail... He looks really thin......This isnt normal is it?

    Can you post a pic from a bird's eye view (ie looking down on him)?

    How much does he weigh and how old is he?

    It's kind of difficult to tell from that angle but it doesn't look particularly thin to me, not super chunky and should have a good few meals in it but not terrible either. If you take a full body bird's eye view of it, that would be a lot better though.

    Yeah, looks a lot thinner from that angle. He doesn't look very old or large though, just get some food in him and he'll plump up.

    i put a f/t mousey mouse infront of him earlier.....considering hes just brand new to the place i should prob wait a few days then try again?

    just leave it in there =3 a lot of times, they'll eat the same night
