Mixed signals?

So, I began pairing my big virgin female normal in January with my proven male Lesser and they've certainly copulated enough where I think that she should be further along in the follicular development by this point but it seems like I'm getting no dice. I feel like I'm getting a lot of mixed signals from this girl, she seems like she starts coolseeking or laying inverted and all that good stuff one week then the rest of the month she's on her hotspot acting like nothing's different. Am I just getting impatient here and this is just typical for females or would I be seeing more concrete/consistant signs by this point?

The "muffin" is a good sign. I never caught mine laying inverted, or in the water bowl, and came home to eggs today. She'd just been sitting on the hot spot like a cinnamon bun for a few weeks, so Ithink you're in good shape.

With any luck then, I'll hopefully be there myself, hah.

Have you tired to palpate her? She looks kind of dark so I take it you have not seen a color change in her yet? I don't look for any of those other signs I focus on the glow then start putting them on a higher watchlist. You will drive yourself crazy if you are watching her on cool side, hot side, inverted, etc.

Yeah, I started palpating her since February since I'm somewhat inexperienced but I figured that starting with her pretty "hollow" would be be a decent baseline. Right now, I honestly wouldn't be able to tell if I think I'm feeling anything or not, she's a thick one!
Also not super certain about colour, I think she's blushed out a bit but not dramatically started to glow. This isn't a very good picture, it was taken with flash in a dark room. Here's of her in pure daylight.

Probably not really glowing yet.

You will know when she is glowing. One day you will open the tub and be like WOWZERS what happened to you. Once you see that then you can pay some special attention to her. Sounds like she is still in the building stages right now. Are you still pairing her up?

Haha, I'll be keeping my eyes peeled and yeah, I just put my guy back in with her yesterday. I skipped last two weeks prior though since I was kind of busy with a new job, going to be getting them back on the regular cycling though.
