New camera. Beautiful Barranquilla Colombian boa.

I was able to take some quality pictures of my boa today.

This nice looking male is about 3 1/2 feet long and will be a year old the end of this month.

Thank you. I got the camera bug and remembered your pictures. I need a yard pig so i can take some like yours.

This guy has lots of pinks and creams for a "common boa".

I may just have to get me a camera like yours - what was it again? I saw your post on Reptile Insider, but I don't remember. A Nex?? Or something like that....

Love love love this boa. I adore how his saddles link and his laterals are amazing. He's developing some nice color too.

The camera is the Sony NEX 3N. Affordable, somewhat but then we got all the stuff that goes with it. Even still, the Canon G15 which is a nice little point and shoot is $449 most places. Nothing is cheap.

I will say for the money we got a nice camera. I have not even explored the custom modes just the auto and macro modes.
